What language are the tours in?

All activities will be guided in Spanish and offered by native speakers, there is the possibility of translation in English and French.

What if there is bad weather?

In a natural and mountain environment in which there are risks inherent to its own nature, the performance of different sports and adventure activities will be subject to weather conditions.

How is the reservation made?

To consider confirmed a reservation in group trips, you must provide us with your contact information, communicate the selected date on which you want to travel and make the payment of a down payment on the total amount of the trip within 48 hours (After this time the square is released automatically)

The rest of the amount of the trip must be formalized three weeks before departure.

If you book near the start date of the activity, the total must be paid.

Payments can be made:

– By bank transfer with the CONCEPT that we indicate, the bank receipt being the main safeguard.

– By credit card with access to the bank’s secure payment platform, the virtual POS.

How are the accommodations?

A careful selection of the best accommodations: Hotels ****, family hotels ***, and luxury private accommodations with a conscious sustainability policy.

On spanish immersion private trip there is the possibility of staying with a host family.

I want to cancel my reservation. How do I do it?

As in any trip, as the date of the trip approaches, the cancellation costs increase. Although each program has its own conditions.

There is the possibility of cancellation insurance, which we recommend, as it will allow you to be sure that you do not lose money if something important prevents you from making the trip.

Is it necessary to know Spanish?

For immersion trips in Spanish, it is NOT necessary to have previous knowledge of Spanish, although it is advisable to have some basic notions. Check the group level for a better experience.
